Parish Catechetical Program:

St. Nicholas' Religious Education program is open to all children who would like to attend. Classes are offered for children in grades pre-school through 8th grade. Classes are held Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 in St. Nicholas School building located near the church. Parking is available next to the school. For more information, click the links below.

Religious Education Program

St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic church offers a total Eastern Christian faith formation program for grades preschool through 8th. The program is based on the "God With Us" series of texts, teaching supplements, and guides published by "God With Us Publications" and approved by the Stamford Diocese.

Catechists teach each grade based on the curriculum outlined by the God With Us program. Religious Education at St. Nicholas addresses the faith needs of communicants the Byzantine Catholic Church. The focus for all grades is Eastern in teaching, spirit, and application, and emphasizes the Biblical foundations and liturgical life of the Byzantine tradition.
